Laura first became involved with Little Kids Rock in 2003. She has served in a variety of roles and in 2014 was named Director of Innovation and Technology. Laura is passionate about leveraging technology to efficiently serve teachers and students and ensuring the organization stays innovative, keeping its creative, entrepreneurial spirit as it grows. Prior to Little Kids Rock, Laura’s experience includes work in high-tech product management, management consulting and engineering. Laura received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In her spare time, Laura enjoys traveling, playing outdoors (including hiking, biking, kayaking and skiing), spending time with family and friends and learning to play guitar. Growing up, I played piano and french horn. Now, I'm learning guitar and plan to start exploring music tech soon.
